Enjoyed our day at Caste Ward. Beautiful scenery and facilities. House not quite as good as some other National Trust properties. Even cam back for a drive thru movie. More

The location is simply stunning, with lovely views of Strangford Lough. We have visited lots of times, either just to air the children or to wow visitors, but we haven't yet got round to doing the tour of the house. There is a really nice adventure playground tucked away in the woods above the carpark with some pretty big slides... More

Castle Ward has a great location and amazing views over the lough. There are great walks around the estate. House tours are very good and very entertaining. More

The house is the result of a battle of husband and wife,giving a crazy achitecture which must be unique, whilst the grounds provide sweeping views over Strangford Lough and the opportunity to indulge in both walking or cycling. More
