I have just completed the very best guided tour I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. My guide Eilish was not just knowledgeable, but has the personality to make the tour extra special. She was able to place me in the locations and situations that I have read so much about, and brought to me an understanding of the... More

On Saturday May 5, Finola Faller gave myself and 4 American undergraduate students an absolutely entertaining, informative and fun -filled tour of Derry City and the walled part of the city. Finola was wonderful, warm, charming and full of interesting facts and knowledge. She organized this tour with one day's notice and I and my students leaned so much about... More

Organised just the day before by contacting Derry Tourist Information Centre I arrived at the centre to meet Finola. As soon as I walked in I could hear Finola helping other tourists who weren't even on the tour. The charming Finola explained the itinerary asking was their anywhere in particular I wanted to see. I have wanted to see the... More

Finola is a charismatic guide; very relaxed, knowledgeable and great craic! I'm from Belfast, my father was from Derry but had never visited the city. The tour followed the walls and was packed with historical details spanning 400 years and more. The information was delivered very well and Finola was enthusiastic and balanced in describing the history of a city... More

I had the pleasure of participating in one of Finola's walking tours recently, and thoroughly enjoyed it! It wound up just being my friend and I - and we had a fantastic time with Finola. She knows everybody - we had fun just meeting the locals! Finola is incredibly knowledgeable about the history - she pointed out places we should... More

My gal pal and I were doing our first tour of Ireland recently. Upon rolling into the Derry tourist office and meeting Finola, we knew we had found the best walking tour guide instantly. Her personality, knowledge of all things past and present, and ability to answer our questions thoughtfully, made our hours with her a highlight of our time... More

We had 4 days in Derry as part of a 3 week long trip around Ireland. We enjoyed every minute that we spent exploring the culture, history and entertainment that they city had to offer. From lively cafes to intimate restaurants, the city had plenty to offer. We did tours a plenty (special mention has to go to the excellent... More

I took the "Tours n Trails' Derry City tour with Finola Fuller who brought the rich history of Derry alive with her tales and whispers of the cities' turbulent heritage. Finola is both knowledgable and personable. The tour took in the world famous 'Walls of Derry' and included a customised commentary from Finola who was more than happy to answer... More
