When in Derry you must visit this museum.A very emotional and thought provoking insight into the 'troubles'. I suggest at least an hour or two in this museum. more

Within easy reach from the city centre - by foot. Not much known but well worth visiting. It tells the story of Bloody Sunday, 1972, when British soldiers shot dead many people. The displays are excellent, including uniforms, posters and hate mail sent to the victims' families post 1972. All in all, this was a little gem. more
