Went here last week with my daughter and two grandsons. My three year old grandson was kept very amused plating with all the different parts of the displays. And us adults also enjoyed trying some of the more older displays. Followed by a really nice cup of tea and cake before my grandson had a final shot of his fav... More

I have taken my son to Satrosphere a few times and we've always had a lovely time. This time was also good, but not as good as previously. There didn't seem to be us many things for the kids to do as the other times. My son did love the Volcano talk and the science experiments though! So well done... More

My kids love this place and enjoy watching the science shows that they do, also physically joining in and creating their own experiments. Satrosphere manages to pitch it at all age ranges from 5+ but occasionally they do have physical exhibitions/experiences for younger children. It appears to work on a small budget out of an old tram shed converted for... More

We visited with our four year old grandson who loved it but we did find it expensive for what was on offer, much of which being damaged or broken. Having said that, he was too young to realize and had a terrific time! More

Thank you for comments. We are aware that Satrosphere is a little old and shabby now and, as a charity, we are working hard to raise funds to improve and renew our exhibits. This summer we are building a new 'Energy' themed exhibition and bringing new science shows and demonstrations to the centre which we hope will offer our visitors... More

We booked a birthday party at Satrosphere for my sons' 7th birthday. The staff were great with the kids, giving demonstrations, conducting experiments and keeping them all entertained. They provided sandwiches, juice and crisps and presented my son with his birthday cake (which I brought in) at the end, complete with candles and singing. My son couldn't have been happier.... More

This was a refreshing change for Satrosphere, there were experiments and classroom shows. 5 year old 3 year old both enjoyed it but there wasn't as many interactive stations as usual. The kids did have a great time, the thing I love most is I feel the kids are safe to explore there. The cafe is great also. More

Usually, these kind of places are fun for the whole family, but not this one. Very few things with a physics theme and too little "interactions". More

I was looking for something to do in Aberdeen when I didn't have a car, which turns out to be not a lot, and I decided to take the kids to the Satrosphere. Well it costs far too much to get into it, and once you are in there, half the exhibitions were broken, and the other half were just... More
