Was hesitant about taking my family at Easter because I expected shabby rundown models but really glad we went. My nephew (3yrs old) really enjoyed himself running around the place and looking at the models. Granted one or two models needed a lick of paint but not that bad and to a child it's a dream come true venue with... More

I was really disappointed after being told there was a soft play in the restaurant by garden centre staff we paid the money and went through to a hidden restaurant. Only to find it was empty of people and character, it was so cold we sat with our coats on, the toys were not soft play only a scattering of... More

My family and I were so disappointed with how this place has been neglected. The characters are all in need of attention, the surroundings were overgrown and unkept, the little ponds are all murky and have rubbish floating in them, The animal corner ... well thats another story lets just say that a phonecall to the SSPCA was made when... My first visit to Storybook Glen with my wife and toddler (2yrs 8mths). I had slightly lowered expectations based on what I'd read here, but in reality I have to say we were pleasantly surprised and all had a lovely day, my son really adoring the whole experience. We definitely didn't feel that the attraction was badly run down, on... More

Had a good day out there today, my 18 month old had great fun running about to the different characters and park rides. As the other reviews have stated, some characters are very tired but we did see maintenance guys actually starting to paint a few of them today so hopefully by the next school holidays it will look a... It's a bit like an old abandoned park now. Everything is overgrown and has ruined cherished childhood memories of the place. More

Very fond memories of Storybook Glen. However, our recent visit in Feb 2012 was a total let down, especially when the price paid for enterance is considered. Really tired and run down. More

A bit tatty and overpriced but loads of space for the kids to run wild and entertain themsleves for the day. Skip the cafe though. More
