I visited Storybook Glen recently for the first time in about 10 years. The only new characters I spotted were Wallis and Gromit and The Simpsons. The restaurant is dark and dingy and needs a serious makover. It's obvious that no money is being reinvested in the attraction-lots of the characters are lost among the overgrown shrubbery. Old MacDonalds Farm... more

We have 3 children under 7 and thought this would be an ideal day out, sadly after paying just under £25 entry we were not only disappointed with what we saw but Storybook Glen failed to deliver on almost every level. Having previously been told that visitors are not allowed to bring their own food into the park our expectations... more

Expensive to get in but to see the look on my toddlers face was priceless. Where else can she see all her favourite characters. She loved it. Looking back I remember loving it when I was little too. True it needs a bit of updating but did my daughter notice? NO!!! more

Sadly most of the characters were faded and in need of a bit of TLC. The area has lots of room for kids to run about but felt could have had a few more signs to point out the often hidden characters due to overgrown plants. Soft play area in cafe was great but they only allow food purchased there... more

A complete waste of a fantastic setting, overpriced! We visited full of expectation, paid a fortune to get in and what for? A lot of out dated, flaking fibre glass figures. If it was £2 to get in I wouldn't complain but at £5.75 an adult and £4 a child I thought it was really expensive. They need to get... more

We paid £18 for a family of 4 ticket and although our kids loved it we were a bit disappointed to discover we had paid such a lot of money to get into basically just a large playpark. The characters are certainly tired and dated and a lot of the greenery needs cut back to reveal some of the characters... more

Restaurant fantastic for parents to watch children play & have fun while you sit with a coffee!! My overall opinion is it's a wonderful... more
