My wife and I enjoy single malt Scotch whisky and on our last visit to the UK, we spent a couple of weeks in Scotland. Our visit was in October and the weather couldn't have been better. We had made reservations for the first tour of the day (weekday) at Aberlour and had the whole place to ourselves. The tour...

The grounds at Aberlour are not only scenic but the tour was incredibly entertaining. You get to see how a smaller distillery works as well as taste some of their excellent whiskys at the end. Plus, head across the stream for a great nature hike!

Brilliant experience - make sure you have a designated driver for the day so you can really enjoy the whisky tasting session at the end! Our tour guide was excellent and really made the experience. Can definitely recommend to locals and visitors alike.

Had the tour and loved every minute of it. The history and tour good value for money.
When the tour finished we sampled 5 whiskies and a neat spirit.
Would recommend it to any one. Tour start at 10am or 2 pm.

We tried to visit on a Saturday but the distillery was closed. (We should have checked). However, the shop was open and had a good selection of malt whisky, some very expensive. There were lots of trinkets worth buying, but the shop was on the small side compared to other distillery shops. Aberlour is one of my favourite malts, and...

Aberlour Distillery in the Spey Valley we really enjoyed this tour. Very informative, and after the tasting we HAD to do the pour your own (one of each as our tastes are so opposite!).
Would recommend to all!
