A wonderful resource. 200 plus varieties of birds to view on and around the Basin, which is a tidal lagoon - including birds of prey - eagles, falcons [incl peregrine falcon], kestrels... thousands of pink-footed geese Sept-April, mute swans, warblers, kingfishers [saw one catch a little silvery fish, whack it on the branch, and swallow it!] - and lots lots... more
