My boyfriend and I visited after seeing it mentioned on Trip Advisor - I'd say it was one of the highlights of our trip to Edinburgh! This is one sight that leaves you with more questions than when you arrived. Who made it, how and why? These "caves" are some kind of man made structure now under a Ladbrokes. Certainly one of the more different sights I've been too. You get a personal guided tour and our guide was excellent. More

Live locally and cant believe I hadn't visited before. Fantastic tour given by very knowledgeable and passionate tour guide. The place is really interesting. mysterious and certainly makes you think about their origins. Margaret Anne was very informative and made the tour so intriguing. We had a great time. Definitely worth a visit! More

Grab the bus (3 or 29) and discover for yourself the mystery of the cove. Our cheery guide was a wealth of information, and we found this tour intruiging and fun. More

The great selling point of Gilmerton Cove is that it is an up and coming site among the many things to do in the city of Edinburgh.
