They were wonderful with helping us plan and book our three days of traveling with the Citylink Explorer pass, especially Anders. Even when we changed our minds mid-planning as to where we wanted to go they were still smiling and helpful and gave us all the information we needed and more. We had the best time! More

The lines to pay can be long. The computers are in a back room. Next to the train station and near the flightlink drop point. More

The folks here are helpfull and will get you all the info for bus routes to places like Rosslyn. Tour buses are abundant and they will provide that info as well. The pass is great for a couple of the horrible ghost tours which you have to time with military, laser like precision. The Edinburgh castle and Holyrood Palace are... More

There is this fascinating old lady at the counter named Sheila (I hope I remembered her name right). She is the face of Scotland for me. She loves her work and her country. I can still remember her talking about the ghost tours haha. She will talk to you at length about your areas of interest. More

Bought two Edinburgh Passes from Rail Europe online while booking rail travel from Edinburgh to other parts of Scotland. Cost $86 each for a three day pass and they are not worth buying. All Scottish museums and art galleries are free admission. The pass entitles you to a discount on tours by various companies. Edinburgh is a very beautiful city... More

Edinburgh is a town that obviously has a thriving tourism industry, which is great, but it also means that the range of options for a visitor can be a little overwhelming. The Edinburgh and Scotland Information Centre is a great location to sort through your options and decide on what you want to see and do. Which bus tour, which... More

For the main tourist information centre in the capital city of country that is a major tourist destination the disabled access and signing for disabled is very bad. It also affects families with baby buggies. The information centre is surrounded by steps. The building work on Waverley Steps has interfered with disabled routes. The lift is out of action and...
