This was once a great place for food after a pleasant walk along the prom. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone now. So sad to see a good place go downhill so much. Better to walk round the corner towards the boat club and go to the bistro! More

Such a great location deserves a proper pub with at least decent service. The place has become awful in the last two years. Had a light lunch there last week. The heading says it all, this place really should not be allowed to serve food. The bar staff disappear from behind the bar into the kitchen, maybe they do the cooking (sorry there is no cooking going on here).
