We had read about lots of the disturbing characters in Scotland's history prior to our trip (i.e. Sawny Bean, Burke & Hare) and thought this may be fun. Well, despite my screaming at points because something popped up or whatever, it was corny and... More

If you haven't visited the London Dungeon, then you may enjoy your visit otherwise it all looked and felt very similar with some local history added I was also not impressed with the fact that there was no one to greet you at the entrance no opening times/admission prices board either, you really need to walk through the dark corridors... However a young friend of mine wanted to go, so I said I would take them. and the whole experience was great. I dont want to say too much about it as it will give... More

We thought this would be a nice way to spend a rainy afternoon in Edinburgh and it exceeded our expectations. It was funny, scary and informative. The actors were EXCELLENT and very quick with their retorts. I loved finding out about Scotland's shady past and even though I knew it was all theatrical, there were definitely times when I was... When I first went into here, I was expecting to be going into some real dungeons. When I realised this wasn't the case, I was dissapointed. BUT and this is a big but, it was entertaining non the less. The actors were great and made it an enjoyable hour. Definately not worth the full asking price but we got 2... More
