We went to see dancing in the streets Motown show last night and it was fantastic. The best seats for leg room and with the best view of the stage are in the centre section of the circle. They are the dearest but the extra cost is worth it as the balcony seats above are smaller, little leg room, no... More

The seats are old and too close together. They cram asmany bodies into some of the bigger shows and it is most uncomfortable to sit there and watch a show, It is time for a refurbishment More

Went to see a show and the seats were nice and comfy and the price was decent too. We had a great time plus we were able to get a great meal from the Indian restaurant opposite, the Tandoori. More

We enjoyed the show we went to see but the seats were so crammed in, the man in particular were really struggling to get their legs in and several left at the interval or had to move a long way back for aisle seats. A shame as it detracted from the show More

Over the years, I have attended many concerts and shows. Sometimes I think the crowds are too well behaved, sitting and applauding. There is a lesson here! More

It is really quite a big theatre so be aware that some of the seats are a fair distance from the stage. Personal view, but I think the best seats are actually in the centre block of the circle from row A back to about row E seats 20 to 36. More

Went to the Playhouse recently to see South Pacific which was a fabulous show. The theatre is nice enough but its very dark colourwise which makes it quite dreary. The room you have round your chair is very little, I felt cramped and I'm quite a small person, leg room was minimal - not good for a long show. We... More
