Take this tour, you will not regret it. We were in Edinburgh in November and did the Glen Coe/Loch Ness/The Highlands tour the first day and the Whiskey tour the next day. WORTH IT! Our guides were Peter and Helen(?, I don't remember her first name but her last name was McNabb) and they were both funny, witty, and knowledgeable.... more

If you want tour guides who are knowledgeable, courteous, entertaining and truly care about making sure you enjoy your tour, Rabbie's is for you. I went on two tours while in Edinburgh and they were both fantastic. Not only do the drivers care about you and make sure you enjoy your tour, they truly care about Scotland and want to... more

Traveling solo to Edinburgh, I picked Rabbie's to do a day tour of Loch Lomond and Stirling Castle. Normally, I do not like tours for many reasons, but Rabbie's tour guides are young and vibrant Scottish natives who really love their country and are well versed in the history of what you are seeing. The tours are done in small... more

We did a day trip to the Highlands with Rabbie's. We could have driven around but is certainly better to be guided through the beautiful lochs and leave the drive bit to the locals. Helen (our guide) was brilliant during the trip. more

We recently took the Da Vinci code tour with Rabbies and would do so again anytime. The driver was excellent - knowledgeable and friendly without being in your face all day. The bus was great and we really enjoyed Melrose Abbey and Rosslyn Chapel. I would definitely recommend this company to fellow travellers. Jan and Peter Sydney Oz more

I took the one day tour to Loch Ness. I knew going in that there would be a lot of miles to cover in a short time, so it was about what I expected. We did spent a lot of time on the bus, but we saw a tremendous amount of fantastic scenery. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.... more

Planning a tour of Ireland and was horrified at how difficult it is to find something similar to Rabbie`s in Scotland. Wish they worked in other countries... I usually rent my own car... but was glad I went with Rabbie`s. more

we did the loch lomond and stirlin castle day trip from edinburgh and it was a day well spent. Excellent vehicle, chatty and informative driver/ guide and a reasonable selection of tourists on board. The trip though was a bit of a dampener as main parts of stirling castle were ...surprise surprise...closed!! It would have been kind of rabbies to... more

Management response from
Rabbie's, Managing Director

Thank you for your feedback about your tour. Apologies Rabbie's did not make everything clear about Stirling Castle. The palace within the castle is currently closed as they are undertaking a major project to conserve and present the royal lodgings as they would have been in the mid 16th century. This project will take 3 years and the palace will...
