Wow, the orchids we saw at the Botanic Gardens were wonderful and it's a beautiful park to take a stroll. Kid friends with lots of grass for playing, lots of walkways so children can ride scooters. Nothing about this we didn't like...... The weather was beautiful, sky blue with puffy white clouds. A must see and just about a 10...

I visited when flowers were in full bloom and it wasn't even raining at the time, which made everything perfect. It was lovely for a walk around and there were all types of people walking through. The greenhouses were interesting as well.

The Botanic Gardens is one of the best in Glasgow. It is very big with loads to explore. It has fantastic walks that take you along the river. In summer these are lovely and can be surprisingly quiet, with the odd small stony beachy area where you can skim stones, have a picnic and enjoy the scenery. Keep walking and...

one of glasgows finest parks, on a hot day very little to beat it. a visit to the hot houses is a must, and a stroll along the path at the river kelvin. plenty for kids to do. come the good weather get down here for a picnic.

I love walking around this place- it has a very chilled out vibe and is very pretty. There are lots of squirrels about too!

I am happy that the Botanic Gardens are infront of our flat and we enjoy walking on the Kelvin, the Arboretum and visiting Kibble Palace. Feeding the squirrels and ducks is a must !
