I live in Glasgow and go to the Botanic Gardens often. It's a lovely well used park, and much appreciated by the local people. There are often events on throughout the year, such as Orchid Fairs or Bard in the Botanics as part of the Glasgow West End Festival every summer. There are glasshouses filled with unusual plants, beautiful flowers... more

I am a glaswegian of course fae Glesga but I live in the USA. I do go home every year to visit family and of course I do my rounds. The Botanic Gardens is one on ma list. I just love to walk through those big gates and I am greeted with those lovely wee Squirrels and they just come... more
