What a great place to go with the kids! Train station near by and the entry price was great. But take a packed lunch for the kids, as there is great sitting areas for the family in the grassy grounds. The local village "Blantyre" is well worth a vist to! More

Shuttle row, where David Livingston lived is a block of 18th/19th century tenement flats in Blantyre. The missionary lived in one room of this block and the whole block now forms a wonderful museum which details the life and times of the great missionary and is powerfully evocative of his African experience. More
