The Steam Railway is a great journey and our kids love it. Every time we're in Aviemore they shout to go on it. However their customer service is shockingly bad. Don't expect to find anyone in the ticket office to sell you tickets, or in their little shop. Can't get a wheelchair on, as was discovered by my elderly Mother... more
