Booked our tickets online before our holiday and left from the Clansman hotel (coffee shop and and big gift shop there) when we got to the boat what a friendly lot they are and good with the kids. We took the Loch Ness tour to be abe to see Urquhart Castle where we planned to be married later in the week. The tour guide on the bus was very informative and entertaining on the trip to the boat. We had a beautiful day so the boat ride was wonderful although uneventful. Castle was amazing and the visitor center... more

This was one of the High lights of our Trip! We really recommend this Tour for those who travel to the High Lands of Scotland! The Driver was superb! the Scenic views amazing! The Castle was Impresive. We really enjoy it! Thank you! more

October 2, 2009, It was cool and cloudy but the busride and boat ride were great. To see the Loch Ness up close along with the museum were well worth it all. We took the 6.5 hour cruise and bus ride. The pick up and drop off were close to city center and were easy to find. Highly recommended. more

the cruise is over hyped, their borchure and pricing a bit over done and over the top! as Inverness is a fairly small place and loch ness a local highlight, jacobite is a good option for those reasons only. If you know the area, you can also hire any of the local cruises for 10 quid and have a dekko!! more
I am sorry and also surprised to hear that you felt your experience with us was overhyped and overpriced. We are a 5* Visit Scotland attraction, operate all year round and only charge on average £1 more than our competitors. We are passionate about Loch Ness and the area and believe that we pass this on to our customers when...

both me and my wife found the whole day just flew bye, the driver who picks you up was very informative (george i think was his name) he in part made the whole trip, you get plenty of time at the castle, you certainly don't feel rushed unlike some previous trips we have been on, and we can not review... more

the whole experience with Jacobite Cruises was great, but I want to point out that our guide and bus driver, George, was delighful. He showed us that he has a great knowledge of the geography of Inverness and Scotland itself and he has a great sense of humor. more

We recently took the Jacobite Passions tour and were very pleased with every aspect of it. Our tour guide, George, made the trip pleasant with his stories, history lessions, and humour. We really enjoyed our Jacobite Cruise from Inverness to Urquhart Castle and then the coach ride back. This was such a great way to experience the Loch and then see the countryside. Several of our friends visited Loch Ness by just driving from Inverness and back, but we think we had a much better experience. Thank you! more
