Well worth the trip. Beyond amazing, but anticipate a rough drive. I don't want to gush too much, but only because I want you to be surprised. Take your time to enjoy the trip down scenic, though pot hole infested, back roads. You'll probably, as my companion and I did, start wondering about your tires, your suspension, and if this... More

Having driving up the narrow (passing places only) road, we enjoyed doing the longer waymarked route which brought us to the falls. We enjoyed the look down viewing platform. Note the Forestry Commission charges for parking (although not in the off season) around £2 per day for all the Glen Afric FC car parks. Worth combining with the main Glen... More

Stream flows across level ground and then WHAM plunges over sheer cliff! Keep kids away from edge though! More

My first time seeing a real water fall and I wasn't dissappointed! Definitely suggest you find time to go see them. We were lucky as we had the falls all to ourselves! More

Beautiful, whisky colored water majestically cascading from the craggy mountain top. Lovely memories forever etched in mind! More

Lots of water and ice at the falls, but paths a bit slippy. More

The falls were breathtaking as we caught them in the spring time and the walk in was easy enough to do. Would recommend making time for this.... More

We didn't even know the falls existed until a tour guide we hired told us about it. The falls were stunning on the day we went, very full with a lot of roaring water. The walk was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our visit. More

Plodda is a bit awkward to find but well worth it when you get there. There are two routes to the falls - the signposted one takes you through a forest walk to the top of the waterfall. The other takes you to the old stables (now cottages), through the forestry gate, wade across the shallow river and walk upstream... More
