I had the most wonderful wildlife experience at Aigas ever. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made me feel so welcome. I stayed in Dick's Den (named after an employee who sadly passed away) and it was clean, cosy and very comfortable. I even saw a red squirrel on my porch one morning which was delightful. A big thank... more

I believe I visited Aigas during the same week as "summerEdinburgh" below and my experience could not have been more different. (In fact the week improved dramatically after "summerEdinburgh's" departure as the incessant wingeingwas starting to get on my nerves). Aigas is a truly wild place yet Sir John and Lady Lister-Kaye have managed to create a luxurious yet comfy... more

My partner and I made our first trip to Aigas this year. We absolutely adore the place and have booked on another programme next year. When we were told we would be staying with a "Sir" and a "Lady", we were a little wary and horribly prejudged before our arrival. We were thinking these people would be stuffy, arrogant, snooty,... more

We spent two nights recently at Aigas Field Centre. I can not recommend this amazing experience more highly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much of a hassle. The surroundings are unbeatable and we saw amazing wildlife that would beat a safari in Africa hands down! Re the person who complained about accommodation - I... more

Aigas was recommended to us by friends who had been several times and love the place. We weren't disappointed! Aigas is just fantastic - our course was a great balance of wonderful wildlife experiences, peace and relaxation, superb food, friendly and professional staff and fantastic cabins with red squirrels and pine martins visible from the windows!! I would recommend Aigas... more

I booked from 11th to18th July 09 £850 for the week , however returned home after a few days due to the absolute disgusting accommodation. I requested a refund, it was refused, Sir John Lister-Kaye stated 'acommodation was way, way, way down on his list of priorities'. I took a number of pictures of the accommodation and Lady Lucy Lister-Kaye... more

Aigis Field Centre is one of the most amazing places we have been. That includes extensive travel through Europe, Africa, Asia and America! From the moment you are picked up in Inverness every need is taken care of. The attention to detail from the Lister-Kaye's is incredible. There are a variety of itineraries you can choose from to suit your... more

Amazing! Going to Scotland for the first time it was hard to know what to expect, but it truly exceeded all expectations. As a wildlife enthusiast it was great fun learning about all aspects of wildlife in the Highlands of Scotland. There was a real mix of people on the programme with varying interest and knowledge but everyone seemed to... more

Fabulous! I went on a Wildlife Week and it was a kaleidescope of animal and bird life. Eagles, dolphins, beavers, pine martens, red squirrels and much, much more. The accommodation is log cabins set in mature forest grounds incuding redwoods. The food is excellent and taken in the Victorian Hunting Lodge where Lady Lister-Kaye is an excellent hostess who is... more
