I'm not a whisky drinker, but this tour was very interesting. You get really up close and personal with all of the equipment, and you could reach out and touch the copper vats if you wanted (and probably burn all of your skin off so don't do it!) This sort of tour would never be legal in America. LOL They... More

If you get there at low tide you can get to the Castle. DO NOT expect to go in however, it is boarded/ironed up, as it's unsafe. Lovely picture spots on the short walk in. More

this was a bit disappointing as there was renovatiion work going on so our talk was held out in the cold. also found the whisky taster very acidic, but there, i'm not a lover of whisky anyway. not much of a shop to choose purchases from at the end of tour. More

Really glad we took the time to stop and visit this distillery. The label is well known and made for great gifts to my friends in the states. Be sure to take the tour. It includes and opportunity to sample the product at the end. More

This is very much a working distillery wilh very little to see. It is rather dirty, needs paint and the brass should be polished if it is going to be a tourist feature. Poor advetisement for the product. The tour lasts about ten minutes followed by a very small tasting. Coffee shop with snacks open to guest. More
