Tam O'Shanter Experience is part of the Burns Heritage Park in Alloway Village on the outskirts of Ayr. It has an aladdin's cave of a gift shop with lots of lovely goodies to take home (which I usually do), a pleasant cafe at the back overlooking a wooded garden where children can run about, and where I've spotted red squirrels... more
