The roads are narrow but it's worth the drive! Along the way we stopped at Kilt Rock and took photos of the Old Man of Storr. More

We walked the full circular route at the Quaraing last week. The wether was good - sunny with some wind, so we had incredible views. nice drive to the parking brings you to al higher lever to start the walk. from the P a nice track leads you to the slopes from where you have lovely views over the landscapes and even to Staffin Bay. very worthwhile , even when you do not walk the whole route More

We had enjoyed a walk the previous day around a headland the previous day and met the same Golden Eagle just east of the Quiraing More

Nearby parking and well signed path. Not too strenuous unless you do the full circle when the final hill climb seems to go on for ever. Great views of unusual rock formations More

This is one of those "jaw-dropping" sights of nature. Geologists, hikers will go nuts. Strong winds, at least when we were there (early October) so bundle up! More

The shape, the accessability and the brooding quietness around the Quiraing make it a fabulous place to visit and walk around. ok, you can drive around the outskirts and see many a stunning view but stop and walk into the heart of it, up to the lochans at least, and it'll be even more of an experience.
