If you have a spare hour or so then this is a must. Really good bit of history standing in what used to be the John Brown Shipyard. Lovely bit of renovation. Very reasonable price & great view from the top. Please note that life is only access to the top of the crane. More

On a clear day the view is amazing and how often do you get the chance to climb such a massive industrial structure. More

I visited here with work to interview a man who had watched the QE2 launch (I think!) from the Clyde at the top of this crane many years ago. It's a fabulous thing now that it's open to the public, Glasgow should make more of it's ship building heritage. More
