The storytelling night was a good way to find out more about Ireland's history and folklore. There were no leprechaun costumes! I was in a group of four 30-somethings and we all enjoyed ourselves. You can add your name to an email list at the end of the evening and get a list of further suggested reading - a nice...

My experience with pub food in London is: some is good (they are called gastropub and they are not exactly a "pub") and the others are average and you can always find some form of comfort food that you won't mind too much eating. Well, the Brazen Head chef took me back 20 years, to when the concept of "chef"...

Great host, Philip, made us very welcome in this unique experience. He went around the tables before starting, getting to know us and what we had done or were to do in Ireland. The art and passion of storytelling and music coupled with how it relates to Irish history and customs was very interesting. The musicians were great and broke...

Entire family (2 adults, 13 and 16 year old) put this up at the top of the highlight list. Our first night in Dublin and great way to start our adventure! Food was great and the story telling and music wonderful. Would recommend this wholeheartedly!

Great fun- a lot of laughs- a wonderful introduction to the culture of the country in a lively format to keep one awake even after flying in. We were so glad we did this! Thanks!

When we arrived at the Brazen Head, we found the almost last available table and settled in for a good night. This pub claims to be the oldest in Dublin, and was built in 1198. The entrance is through an old stone archway and via a cute little courtyard that looks like the old ‘dismounting’ area, where travellers would hand...

I came as part of a group, and we had trouble all the way from the point when the group leader was sent up and down because nobody knew where we were supposed to be, up until the time when we had to argue an extra hour just to be allowed to pay the bill. During those hours, we had...
