I really enjoyed the Dubliner, an excellent sandwich with great chips and a small but delicius salad. The Carbonara looked excellent, although I didnt try it myself. Could do with a better vegtarian selection, as a vegetarian companion was not impressed with her dish. More

When we arrived in Dublin last week we had a very nice taxi-driver. He recommended us O'Seas Merchant Pub and Restaurant if we Would taste Irish food. And that we did ! We had a wonderful Irish Stew, boiling hot, with potatoes, carrots and other vegetables, and soft smooth lamb meat without bones and fat. Very, very good. More

My friends and I traveled to Dublin to celebrate my birthday recently. We had passed O'Sheas a few times in the few days we were there and my friends always stopped to look at the windows and we finally decided that Monday night to "stop in for one". We arrived about 8:30 and found that there were dancing lessons going... More

The Merchant is always the highlight of our trip to Dublin. We are embarking on our eighth trip to Ireland and the Merchant remains our place of choice. The Merchant has great food, immaculate rooms good music and great hospitality all rolled into one. If you are planning on visiting Dublin the Merchant is a must. More
