This is a long day, but completely worth it! Wayne was fantastic! The Carrick-a-rede rope bridge... Terrifying and awesome! The views are spectacular! The Giants Causeway is AMAZING! Take it in, then go have lunch at The Nook, so good! Dunluce Castle is beautiful. In Belfast, have your guide arrange a taxi to take you around all of the murals.... More

The tour begins early, 0630; and ON TIME (good thing). I recommend staying at the Central Hotel around the corner (3 minute walk). From the onset of the tour we learned fascinating facts about Ireland. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable on many well known facts as well as fun trivia. The complaints I have are I did not realize... More

The route that you take on this tour means that it'd be pretty impossible to not have a good time. It was absolutely stunning. You got plenty of time at both the Rope Bridge and Giant's Causeway to feel like you'd gotten to really experience it. It should probably be mentioned that the walk to the Rope Bridge is a... More

It's a very early morning, but worth getting up. Bus leaves at 6:30 (just sleep on the bus 'til the first stop). Once past Belfast, the coastline is beautiful We spent about an hour at the rope bridge. The tour makes a few other photo-stops (castle, coastline, etc.) Lunch at G. Causeway. There's a restaurant and a sandwich/food truck. We... More

Waking up so early worth it !! The tour was really enjoyable : we had such a nice weather to admire these beautiful landscapes. Our amazing guide Jim made the day, he is such an history book!! It was a pleasure to listen to him and to his endless knowledge about history of Ireland. A couple a days before we... More

I did the Giants Causeway tour on April 15 and it was incredible experience. The only negative was having to wait for people who couldn't keep track of scheduled pickup times, but I can't blame Extreme Ireland for that. We were in the bus quite a bit, but we had ample stops to stretch our legs, take photos, and get... More

The day tour starts early at 6.30am, but it's worth it for what you get to see. Our driver-guide was Joe, who although not super friendly provided excellent commentary. He was kind (and smart) enough to let us sleep on the way out of Dublin. He also sang a few songs - a good laugh! There were enough toilet stops... More

Though you have to wake early for this trip, the multiple stops and amazing scenery more than make up for any inconvenience. Our tour began like many of the reviews: headed North and our fantastic guide, Bud, gave us advice on changing currency. This proved very useful! The tour followed the Coast Route to the Giant's Causeway, and our stops... More

Went on the one day tour in March 2012. Bus left promptly at 6:30am,, and we headed north. Our guide (David) realized most of us were pretty sleepy and left us to sleep while we made it to Belfast. Once there, he gave us helpful hints about converting currency into pounds for use in Northern Ireland, made stops along the... More

The trip is excellent though we have to wake up very early to catch the bus from Dublin Tourist Center, but man it was worth it. The first major attraction was the rope bridge. One good thing about the tour is the ticket to cross the bridge is included. This is not with many other tour as I remembering seeing... More
