The design inside and outside was very nice, and the interior reminded me of Gringots in Harry Potter More

Former Parliament Building in the heart of Dublin opposite Trinity College. When there ask about The Ousel Galley( a famous ship that was thought to be lost but was engaged in a little bit of piracy in the far east. Insurance money was paid out on the ships loss but some years the ship returned to Dublin !! The money... More

The Bank of Ireland building is a great (litterally) and beautiful one reminding all of Dublin of the colonial times. It is centrally located, so it is hard for any tourist not to see it (and rightfully so). Especially at night this building is worth having a look at with it's lighting More

This was the old parliament in Ireland and it is possible to see the places from where historic Irish figures ruled this country during a golden period of Irish history. My family and I loved it. More

The Cradle of Imperial rule in Ireland,This old Parliament house built by the British,the massive coat of arms of a Unicorn and Lion ,still marks this amazing Building and symbolizes Britannia,Our greatest treasure.Anything beautiful in this City was usually built by the British. More

The original parliament of Ireland during British Rule. Lovely building and president Obama addressed the Irish people from here in May 2011. More

just a heads up...I have traveled the last three weeks and it has been harder to cash the Ben Franklin $100 usd bill as well as the George Washington one. Seems that they are suspicious of counterfeit. If you travel with money break the bills down before you come. Never had this problem before. More

The staggering building that contains the Bank of Ireland is huge! Great columns and intricate detailing provide an interesting and impressive façade. Being opposite Trinity College, the bank is in a great place for tourists to enjoy and snap off a few photographs. Worth a look. More
