The audio guide costs extra but I highly recommend it. You get to learn about the history of the church and what's inside instead of just looking around. The building is almost 1000 years old. Very nice, be careful with the service times because they still have masses there, so if you go when mass is being preformed you may not see all of the church. more

WE had a most insightful visit ti the Cathedral. Its history goes back to 1162. The restoration of the church has been amazing and serves an active religious role in the community. It is recommended that you pay the 6 euros for the self guided audio tour through the 24 stations that are marked throughout the church and the cyrpt.... more

This is an interesting, historic, well maintained church in Dublin that is worth a visit. There is much to explore, there is a wonderful crypt and a very good video presentation. There is an admission cost, but there are 2 for 1 coupons in some Dublin discount books and the church also has senior discounts. more
