I arrived here at 9:30 a.m. on a Friday morning in May, and there were probably already 200 people in line. Since I was here, I decided to go ahead and wait. It took about another hour before I made it inside. On this particular day, there were evidently bus loads of American and French senior citizens who had got... More

The long room is stunning. Also it is worth to check the Book of Kells exhibition downstairs. More

The Book of Kells is of course the main event here and you must go see it if you're in Dublin. However, the whole museum (if that's the right word) is fascinating and the library upstairs is mind-boggling. You won't regret the time taken to visit this wonderful place. More

While the Book of Kells is probably the most famous piece housed at TC, the "Oldest Harp" attributed to Brian Boru is equally cool. More

The Long Library at Trinity College was beautiful. Very tall vaulted ceilings with thousands of books. I LOVED the visit and being able to see such a historical location. The only drawback is that you could not take any photographs. That was disappointing. Stunning building-highly recommended for anyone traveling to Dublin! More

I went to visit the Trinity College Library and the book of Kells to feed my curiosity. I am a book lover, however this attraction is not worth its fee. I understand that the fee contributes towards expensive preservation of books however, I have to agree that the attraction is mismanaged. The amazing crowds are let in such a way... More

I simply marveled at the beauty of Trinity College Library. The Great Hall is simply incredible and seems to go on forever. The Book of Kells is so historic and an absolute must even if you have to wait your turn. Take the time to enjoy this beauty created by early monks. More

This is a must see on any trip to Dublin & does not disappoint . The explanatory displays are interesting & give a good amount of detail about the book of Kells & the other ancient copies of the gospels . The book of Kells itself is impressive & fascinating . However , there is another gem to come -... More
