would be nice if the people on the desk would walk around or ask if they can help you. other then that it was clean and tidy, though would like more of a section of things to do in tralee, took me a while to find it.

found the staff very helpful, plenty of advice on what to do around tralee and a lovely walk along the boardwalk which I didnt know existed

Staff helped us see what was on not only in Tralee but also in Kerry. The museum was good and informed about the whole county and the history of Ireland in general. The staff in the tourist office also helped book a tour in Killarney.

Visited Tralee and found the Tourist Office to be excellent. It is based in the basement of the museum and has a cafe (closed unfortunately the day we visited. Staff were lovely and helpful and suggested an excellent eating place for family with children. Also has shop which sells the usual Irish souvenirs and some nice quality goods too. Would...
