Don't play golf, but the green was busy on a sunny windy day. We had been walking on Banna Strand and were cold and had great sandwiches with a lovely view of the golf and sea beyond. Fab loo! More

I don't golf but please just visit the clubhouse and drink in the view while you have an excellent and very reasonably priced lunch. You dont have to be a member and there is lots of parking. The course has been built right on the coast and even the drive down is worth the trip. More

Great course that has recently scored very well in the top world courses. Designed by Arnold Palmer this is a very challenging course on a windy day but thr breath taking beauty that surrounds it more than makes up for the challenges. More

Might be the best back 9 of links in Ireland... maybe even the world. Front 9 is just above average. It's a nice nine, but not the series of incredible tests of golf (and photo ops) as offered on the back. Take a caddy, as there are plenty of blind shots and requisite local knowledge. Ours, Brian, just graduated from... More

We played Waterville, Killarney (Killeen) and Tralee over 3 days and Tralee was the star. The front nine is the aperitif for the sensational back 9, the 12th is one of the greatest holes I've ever played and the 13th is one to rattle the knees...... More

This links course is said to be designed by Arnold Palmer and created by God. What a great collaboration! If you are planning to play here, do NOT forget your camera. The views are stunning!!! Further, the staff in the reception as well as the green-keepers were really nice, friendly and helpful. /Anna & Eric PS Before booking the tee... More

All 8 guys thought this was their favorite course and we played Waterville, Ballybunion, Doonbeg, Lahinch, European Club. Front nine is very good, back nine is unbelievable. We played the back nine twice we lked it so much. Get Gerald to caddie for you, he is awesome. More
