We made a 150 mile round trip to this antique centre on recommendation from friends and were bitterly disappointed. There was far too much boxed new stuff and jewellery. Not enough variety! Many items seemed over priced and "no trade". I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. More

Great place for a mooch before shopping in the centre, although it does seem smaller since it has moved. More

I was looking forward to finding something nice to take home so decided to visit the antiques centre. It was a lot smaller than I expected and was more like series of bric-a-brac market stalls. There were a couple of better vendors and if their quality was continued throughout it would have been a very different experience. Not somewhere I'd... More

Gloucester Antiques Centre is a nice place for two hours' worth of browsing time. Two-and-a-half floors of antiques of various prices and variable worth, it is located near the Gloucester Quays Shopping Centre and historic Gloucester Docks. However, despite all this loveliness, do not go to the café on the top floor. This might be difficult, as Gloucester Docks is... More

Interesting place with lots of nic naks and a small cafe. Moved from one of the big old warehouseson the dock basis with real character to a smaller one that has been refurbished in the little used Quays Shopping Outlet Centre. More

A lot of small stalls in the usual array over three floors. A good stamp shop with a fair selection of first-day covers. More

i Visited Gloucester Quays, I was lucky enough to spot the Gloucester antiques center, for once I was very surprised access for some one disabled on a mobility scooter was excellent, I was able to see and study all the exhibits with easy, the corridors being clear of the usual bits that make life difficult when on the buggy. The... More

A very good antiques centre but difficult to negotiate in a wheelchair as it is in a very old building, but does have a lift. More

Dear Linda, Thanks for your review and your comments. Although the building we are in is old, it was completely gutted and refurbished in 2009, at which time it was bought up to modern standards. The lift was installed at that time as well. We have made efforts to ensure that wheelchair accessibility to all parts of the building is... More

An Aladdin's cave covering three floors of antiques and collectables. There was a vast spectrum of things to look at, and prices were reasonable. The rooms were well lit and not at all smelly and stuffy. You got the chance to see the Docks from the windows on the top floor and it had a nice cafe too. More
