The Cathedral has plenty to offer from those who want to see it's modern association with the Harry Potter films to those who was to see its ancient connections. The grounds are well kept and you are free to walk around the magnificent building to discover it beauty. I think tours are also available.

Set in the beautiful westgate quarter of the city you can wander the grounds, enjoy your visit to the cathedral itself and pop into the tea shop for refreshments. Culture and Harry Potter...one size really does fit all!

Gloucester Cathedral is surely one of the UK's most splendid. The cloister masonry alone is worth going to see, while the fantastic interiors are an added bonus.
