Quite simply the best ice cream I think I've ever had. Take away tubs are great value, and well worth the drive from Bristol! We envy you Swindon, and hope that Rays will expand around the South West soon.

Saw the reviews on here & as we were going to Swindon, decided to pop into Rays Ice Cream shop yesterday
So glad we did
Had about 10 flavours that are constantly changing
Had Hot Cross Bun Ice Cream yesterday & it was unbelievable
Also tried Beetroot ice cream which was also fantastic.

The selection is fantastic! The service is fantastic and the taste of the ice creams is just brilliant! Well worth a try! For some, the only problem might be that you will definitely be going back for more!

my wife brought some mulled wine sorbet as i don't eat xmas pudding for xmas day & it was wonderful. there are some odd sounding offerings but give them a go

Been a fairly regular customer here since it opened in the Autumn of 2011.
Always a friendly service and offers to taste whatever flavours are on offer today:

Visited Rays on a trip to Swindon, firstly for a coffee, which was superb, then decided to try the ice-cream. (who cares if its cold outside!!) Tried the stem ginger and the Begian chocolate. Wow! Really flavoursome and tastes home-made! Fantastic service to!!

Lovely friendly little ice-cream parlour which does so much more than ice-cream.
I love the great range of ice-cream, sorbet and frozen yogurt flavours they do which are soo much better than any you can buy in the supermarket. They always have something new and different to try.
They also always have gorgeous looking cakes, fresh soup and other things...
