DO NOT USE THIS LOUNGE unless you want to see miserable staff, who can hardly bare to talk to you, eat bland and low quality food and of course read the non existant complimentary news papers!! The only thing worth complimenting is the view! Spend your money elsewhere. More

Having just read the latest review about the No 1 Lounge at Gatwick our experience was exactly the same in March. Clearly the promises of improving the conditions are not materialising and something needs to be done to improve the service and food. This is a pleasant, if somewhat small, executive lounge in Gatwick's South terminal, split over two floors with a view of the runways and South terminal apron. We visited this establishment on Monday, 17th April before a flight to Las Vegas. We chose it as we had such a good visit to the other lounge in the North Terminal in January. “Priority Pass holders not welcome!!!”

Just want to share the experience with some other travellers. It happened to me twice at Gatwick Airport to be refused access to the loungue as soon as they saw the Priority Pass cards. The concept is good but the realiziation is very very poor. More

I'm sorry that you were unable to use the lounge on these occasions. We very much welcome Priority Pass cardholders at all of our lounges. As Priority Pass members are unable to book in advance, due to the terms of their membership provider, we cannot guarantee lounge entry during peak times without a prior reservation. This is one of the lounges I would use again it was clean, quiet and just right for a start to a long haul trip to Hong Kong.
