Just returned from an afternoon at aerial xtreme. Not easy to find as no signposts but just head for LA Fitness at Willen Lake and is nearby. Had a 10 minute safety briefing which was very thorough and all equipment checked for fit. From the ground it looks easy, completely different when you get up there! One bit of advice... more

I went for my hen weekend with 5 friends. One bottled out early on and only two of us made it to the upper level. It was quite a windy day which made it even more challenging but it was fab! I'd certainly do it again - on a warmer, less windy day. I'm fairly fit, go to the gym... more

If you are into trying something a bit different - you have to try this! There's climbing and ropes and all sorts of 'swinging between trees'! more
