Some decent shops for students, can also be used as a short-cut to the main high-street.
There is often little franchises dotted around the shopping centre trying to sell things to passers by that they don't want.
If you are in Preston city centre it's worth walking through to see if there is anything you want, but definitely not worth...

Shops are shops, no matter what the town.
When you've seen what one town has to offer then you've invariably seen them all, in this day and age.
