The view of Lancaster from the memorial is stunningly different every day. The park is beautifully kept and there always seems to be something going on, dog shows, outdoor theater, music, battle re-enactments(!) A trip to the park is my dogs favourite day out!! More

Williamson's Park is kept lovely and clean, there is a good park with lots of things for kids to play on. Lots of grassy areas to play football (with a toddler - not football pitch size!). More

Williamson Park has great views across Morecambe bay and on a clear day you can see the Cumbrian mountains, There are paths and large areas of grass, suitable for picnics. There's a playground, a cafe and a butterfly house. It is one of the reasons I love Lancaster. More
