Saw Phantom but due to being in circle at the back missed aspects of the performance. The last four rows shoud be advertised as restricted view but its not mentioned. The ceiling slopes so restrict the view to anything happening high up on stage. Kinda ruined it for us and we paid the same price as those in the front... More

This is a large theatre that I find lacks atmosphere. It stages some big productions which I have enjoyed. However the foyer is small and everyone seems to congregate there and spill out onto the road. There is multistorey parking behind the theatre which is convernient at a price but means there is a long queue waiting to exit afterwards.... More

Saw Grease here a few years back and loved it! The higher tier is very high up though so if you're afraid of heights bear this in mind. More

Had a fantastic Saturday night watching Phantom. The show is stunning - outstanding performances - I even cried at the end! The theatre itself is very traditional and the architecture is beautiful. Lovely old theatre, full of charm and history. The Phantom of the Opera brilliant as usual, BUT so disappointed not to have the crashing chandelier in the first act!! One of the reasons I wanted to see Phantom again. Where was it??? It's part of the Phantom and is mentioned at least twice throughout the show. Sorry, but I felt... More
