The Visitor Centre is clean and bright and is very apple-esque, the staff were helpful and knowledgable (exactly what you need) the store has interactive maps which are great fun to use (kept us busy for 10 mins anyway) as well as being helpful. More

I wanted a shortish DIY City Walking Tour not a guided walk - there didn't appear to be any !! The Assistants simply wanted to sell the guided walks. First Tourist Info. Centre I've visited which doesn't have non guided walking tour leaflets. Not impressed. More
