Wythenshawe Community Farm is one of my favourite places in Manchester. It's not just about the animals - though these are great. Also take time to walk around the gardens, they're very peaceful.
The goats are my favourite!

The farm is featuring enclosures for pigs, piglets, cows, sheep, poutry and ponies. There are horse stables as well, but can be viewed from a distance, as they are not strictly a part of the community farm.
I think it is a great opportunity for kids to see selected animals up close, in very clean and controlled environment. It's big...

Great urban farm. Pigs and piglets, cows, chickens, goats, horse, rabbits and think they've got ferrets too! Playground next door and visiting ice cream van. Only downside is having to pay a pound to park on weekends.

Disappointing. Two pigs and a cow is not a farm! Playground is run down. Nice coffee house though.

Wythenshawe community farm is situated in the middle of Wythenshawe park close to childrens play area and the historic Hall. Young children will love to see the pigs, horses and hens as part of a visit to the park. Free parking.
