This is one of the best modern art museums I have ever visited, and a real surprise given that it was in a provincial city and not the capital. I have just returned from a weekend-trip to Strasbourg. I like art museums - in particular "modern art" (end 19th - first half 20th century) so I visited the museum for Modern and Contemporary arts.
