The Palais de l'Europe is the Council of Europe's headquarters. This should not be confused with the E.U. Parliament which is nearby. The Council of Europe covers all major issues that face European society except defense. It is best known for protecting human rights and the European Court of Human Rights is adjacent to the C of E's headquarters. The... more
