I went to the Wine bar. It was a great spot to sample some of the wonderful wines from the area at a great price. Definitely recommend stopping in to try it. More

Don't miss the wine bar that is EXTREMELY lively from 5-7 each night in Bordeaux. Just across from the Tourist Bureau but NOT a tourist place. Many locales. I was surprised by the low cost of a glass of wine (3E?) -- try the creameaux (sp?), lovely! good place to try wines from different regions around bordeaux. LIttle small plates... More

The wine is wonderful and the pours are generous - all at a bargain price! The waiters work very hard and are super attentive. This was one of our favorite places to enjoy a glass of wine. More

This is the wine bar for the University of bordeaux. You can get tastes of wine and glasses of wine that are delicious and really inexpensive and lots of small plates that are very good More

I spent several hours in the bar tasting wines and working on my laptop. Seriously, a pleasure. The Bar was the best I have been to and the wines were simply irresistible. Right in the heart of the city... When I come back to Bordeaux, I will be sure to swing by again. More

A friend and I had drinks and small plates at the Ecole de Vin and it was such a lively, sophisticated atmosphere. Great value for money and quite tasty dishes. Highly recommend it! More

After visiting a couple of vineyards, a visit to 'L'école du vin' is a must. It is very instructive and the setup is well layed out. This is a modern furnished wine school with a bar area for tasting a wide selection at reasonable prices per glass. We didn't do a class but stopped in a couple of times for some lovely wine.
