Biaritz is a special place for big waves and the virgin on the rocks requires you to walk beside the cost (no parking beside it) go over a small bridge and then you are facing the huges waves More

Expansive views, interesting rock formations with places to climb, plenty of places to watch the crashing surf -great photo ops...plus it's close enough to stroll the town for an Armorino gelato and walk the coast down to the grande plage and casino. Parking is the biggest hurdle. More

Living in South West of France I often walk in Biarritz and I invite you to come wih me by watching my album I enjoy walking in Biarritz. From the Rock on the Virgin you can see the whole Basque coast and Spain in the distance. A wonderful sight always different because of the changing sea and lightsl More
