Good learning experience for French children over the age of 8. For the international visitor very difficult without a high degree of French. More

Everything was excellent, a fun, fascinating and fulfilling day - all except the cafe and restaurant which were extremely expensive. Take your own lunch! More

really enjoyed a day here with two children (11 and 14). Good mix of fun and educational. But it was very busy with queues in excess of 25 minutes for lots of the rides. More

I went with some family members to check out the attraction, since we had just hiked Puy de Dome earlier that day. Although it is very informative throughout, the exhibits were more about 4D movies. The 4D movies were more on the fun side, but still explained the different types of eruptions and the formation of the volcanoes. There were... More

Our visit was very entertaining and educational at the same time. Here a few recommendations: - do not go with very young kids (> 6 might be just ok). Many attractions (4D movies) are quite frightening and not every 4 year old wants to hear about meteorite crashes and earthquakes that could happen any time ... - go to the... More

Great rides and attractions - best 1s are short and lines are quick. Good value for families with 2 kids+ (2011 Aug 88€ for our family of 5). Extremely interesting subject for adults and kids which was very well designed and presented. Food a bit pricy, best to bring your own picnic which on a nice day can be eaten... More

What a fantastic place for everyone - my 9 and 10 year old absolutely loved it - fab free headphones translate all the shows and exhibitions and cool theatre based rides. Brilliant day out - take a pic nic so you can sit in the spendor of the volcanos. More

What a fantastic day out! There is something for everyone here, as its known, France is really geared for families. Learn about planets and their make up, how Volcano's are created and some of their fantastic and disaterous explosions. There are several films to watch, experiment rooms for the children and some great rides. You really should allow at least... More
