The chateau is beautiful from the outside, beautiful gardens and fountain. But, the inside of the chateau is tacky and in desperate need of renovation. The mannequins appear to be added in the 1980's and nothing has been done since. The 12 euro entry price cannot be justified. Walk accross the small river in front to get a good view... more

Sorry ---- I'm going to have to whole-heartedly disagree with the other review on this place (I see others have come to the same conclusion based on their feedback ratings). My kids , wife & I went way out of our way to get to this place only to be grossly disappointed. While this Chateau is a thing of beauty... more

Exactly what you'd expect a fairy tale castle to be like - turrets, pointy roofs and laid out gardens with a river running in front. Easy parking even in August, and there's a cafe/restaurant next to the car park where you can also buy bottles of water to take away. Very much needed this summer! There is a long slope... more
