In a small valley just outside Azay, this is the work of one man who discovered the troglodyte caves on his father's land as a child and turned them into an attraction as an adult. It shows how small farming communities lived in the area 1000 years ago, with their dwellings dug and cut into the tufa stone hillside. There...
