I enjoyed the celler tour, which includes visit to the roman quarries and hiding places for monks. This was all pretty. The champagne tasting was just for one kind, and I did not think it was spectacular.

The tour was great and the knowledge of the presenter was very in-depth. Their enthusiasm for champagne and in particular the Taittinger brand made the tour so much more enjoyable. If anything it would have been good to sample more than two glasses?!

An ok tour, a bit impersonal and really expensive compared to others. This was our least favourite and most expensive.

Busy, but these are the most interesting cellars built by the romans 1600 years ago! Tour costs 16E and yoiu get a nice glass of fizz. This is my 4th visit over 20 years and never fails us.

This champagen house, with an extensive range of very fine champagnes, was rather let down by an impersonal style of visit.
I had visited this house three times before over many years. The house seems to care less about the visitors and more about the throughput.
An upgarde to the toilets would be welcome.
What a shame.

Very interesting tour and great to see the caves and all the bottles in them. Large group and as a result quite impersonal. One glass of champagne offered at the end bt no explanation of what is was!! There are many stairs to climb down and the up again.

On arrival we were greeted by a very short tempered French lady, who then led our tour in French. Tours are less frequent than other houses. The centre is very new and looks great but tour wasn't great.

Mostly agree with other reviews. It was expensive at €16 and a good walk without a car (though easy bus ride back into town). No reservations and all the English tours were full for the day when we arrived, so we decided to do the French one. No snottiness there! There is not really anywhere to wait though as nowhere...

The Tattinger premesis is fairly uninspiring compared to other champagne houses. Located at the eastern end of the city, it is about 20 mins walk from the cathedral. The tour costs €16 per person, more than other tours. There's a short film to start followed by a cave tour. Having done other caves, there's nothing here you can't get elsewhere....

The receptionist is beyond unfriendly, cold, and rude once she heard our American accents. We showed up early for tour tickets, as Tattinger does not make reservations, and were immediately shut down. We weren't being obnoxious, loud, white sneaker/fanny backpack wearing American tourists, on the contrary we were dressed very appropriately and as a study abroad student here in France...
