We bookied a few months ahead for the prestige tour. Worth the money to get right into the depths of the caves then taste a 1989, 1990, and two 2004 vintages with cheese and discussion with the sommelier. Our highlight of the Champagne region as we also learnt a lot about the history of champagne production. More

The staff conducting the tour were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of Veuve Clicquot as a Champagne House. I learned a lot about Champagne making in general and also the history of the label. More

Only stupid tourists sign up for this one. Costs a fortune and for that you get to see a story about champagne that you can see everywhere else but at the end you get to sip a little of the grand dame. So what? I would not be a fortune for that pleasure. Perhaps these places should follow the example... More

We arrived for our pre-booked tour and were surprized at the cost which was 35 euro per person which we thought was over priced. The champagne house is beautifully presented, however we felt our tour guide rushed us through our experience. Her english wasn't that good either so she was hard to understand. After our tour commenced we were poured... More

We tried to book but it was already booked out. So we just turned up for a tasting. The tasting area was very stylish and we were given very detailed explanation on the each champagne we tasted. More

Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin is my favorite mass label champagne. I was looking forward to this tour. The facility is in an urban part of the city. There is a rather steep fee for the tour and tasting of the Grande Dame. Was it worth it? Not really, but I don't have regrets. I am used to the Napa Valley vineyards... More

The caves were good and the tour starting with a small museum with the history of Madame Cliquot Ponsardin. The Grande Dame as she is known- and one very very tasty glass of champagne at the end. Tour cost 35euro vs 16/25/17 at other houses we tried. More

We opted for the “English” tour. The guide and other employees were pleasant and accommodating. We took the train from Paris to Champagne and caught the bus to location. Buses run often, and stop and pick up right in front of the estate - only a few Euros for the bus. Plus we got to see some interesting parts of... More

Besides being a great champagne house, it has history in the production of champagne. The tour of the chalk caves is a treat too! More
